Saw this in The Star Online today.
Reading this made me think. So, Mr. Immediate-Past-President (!) of The Electrical and Electronics Association of Malaysia (TEEAM), by virtue of implication, are you saying that ALL plugs carrying the Sirim sticker are guaranteed to be safe? Dear sharks lawyers, please keep this in mind the next time a fire occurs due to a Sirim-approved plug burning out. I smell a class-action suit waiting to happen.
Phew. Writing this post is making me swoon like a schoolgirl. Born Margaret Denise Quigley, Maggie Q caught my attention when she was featured in Mission Impossible III, in what I would term, a flowerpot role. I don’t care. A lady this fine, anybody could make a film of her picking her nose and I would still go see it. I’d bet a fair number of red-blooded men would too, wouldn’t you? Don’t lie to yourselves now. Some people got shot at an opposition ceramah in Terengganu a couple of days ago. In response to that incident, our friend Zunar has a new cartoon up at Malaysiakini.com poking fun at it. That’s how it is in Malaysia, didn’t you know? The BN get maximum airtime on the state-controlled and affiliated media and the opposition gets squat. When the opposition gathers, all hell breaks loose.
Also, who gave these FRU goons guns? They are not even fit to hold egg-beaters. With the average IQ of 7, these mouth-breathers shouldn’t even be allowed to breed.
